The New Mexico IceHoles Charitable Foundation, Inc. is committed
to developing collaborative arrangements with a variety of profit
and non-profit entities in an effort to improve physical fitness,
reduce diabetes risks, reduce obesity, and improve cardiovascular
health in underserved youth, adolescents and adults in central New Mexico.
As a rural state low on the socioeconomic scale in the US New
Mexico battles to overcome the barriers to good health and
fitness. Through grants and corporate sponsorships the New
Mexico IceHoles Charitable Foundation is developing applications to
improve physical fitness and health education for underserved youth, adolescents and adults in
central New Mexico through an
on and off-ice hockey program. Collaborating in this effort is
the NMHockey League
and the Outpost Ice
Arena in Albuquerque.
As additional grant and contract sources are identified we will
update this page with relevant information.
The New Mexico IceHoles Hockey Club encourages its fan to
get out and do something...... anything. Our sponsors can help
you find a direction or activity to take.
